What they did

An Arabic YouTube channel used Comet's assistant to hunt for a working promo code at a web-hosting checkout, jump to a moment in a long video, order ingredients from an online supermarket in Cairo by voice, and email a colleague.

How it went

The promo code and the video jump worked and the email was drafted for review before sending. The supermarket order was slow (about two minutes by hand), mangled Arabic words and stopped to ask which type of liver to buy. The presenter said he would stay on Brave.

Worth knowing

One short demo from August 2025; the channel also flags privacy concerns about the browser tracking activity for ads, and the product has changed since.

Let Claude in Chrome set up analytics and look up a QuickBooks account

Ernest Chiang gave Claude for Chrome (research preview) two jobs: configure Google Tag Manager and GA4, and find one account's transaction history in QuickBooks. It worked by screenshot, step by step, asking for approval per domain.
