Let Claude in Chrome set up analytics and look up a QuickBooks account
What they did
Ernest Chiang gave Claude for Chrome (research preview) two jobs: configure Google Tag Manager and GA4, and find one account's transaction history in QuickBooks. It worked by screenshot, step by step, asking for approval per domain.
How it went
Both jobs were completed, but each took about 10 to 15 minutes against 2 to 3 minutes by hand. In Edge it also renamed his tab group, closed other tabs in it and opened new tabs on its own.
Worth knowing
Early preview from September 2025 on Edge; the author expects speed to improve and did not name the human fixes he made.

Replace anything in [brackets] with your details.
In this browser, open [web app] and find [the exact record, e.g. the transaction history of account X for last quarter]. Only read and report: list what you found with dates and amounts. Do not change any setting and do not open tabs outside [web app]. Read the original
