About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Agentuna website at agentuna.ai (the "site"). "We" and "us" means Agentuna. By using the site, you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

What Agentuna is

Agentuna is an independent editorial guide. We rank AI tools by the problem they solve, compare them, and publish recipes and news about them. We are not affiliated with the tools we cover unless we say so, and no tool or sponsor approves what we publish.

  • Scores and rankings are our editorial opinion, based on our methodology. They are editorial estimates unless marked "Tested by Agentuna".
  • Prices, plans, features and availability change often. Always check the vendor's own site before you buy or rely on a tool.
  • Our content is general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate or up to date, that a tool will suit your needs, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

The site links to tools and websites run by others. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability or privacy practices; their own terms apply. Some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you, and some placements are paid sponsorships. Both are labelled, and neither changes a score or a position. Using the site and our forms

You may use the site for your own information and share it with others. When you use the site and its forms (newsletter, submit a problem, inquiries), you agree to:

  • give accurate information and only your own contact details;
  • not send spam, advertising, malware, or content that is illegal, abusive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
  • not send other people's personal data, or sensitive data such as ID numbers, health or payment details;
  • not try to get around rate limits, spam protection or security, or overload the site, for example with automated submissions or aggressive scraping.

We may ignore or delete submissions that break these rules, and block use that harms the site. When you send us a problem, you keep any rights you have in it and allow us to use its text, without your email address, to choose and write rankings.

Intellectual property

The site's text, rankings, scores, design, logo and the Agentuna name belong to us or our licensors. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short parts with credit and a link. Without our written permission, please don't copy substantial parts, republish our rankings or scores, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Tool names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the tools we cover or linked sites. You decide which tools to use and buy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Agentuna is established. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.

Changes

We may update these terms, and change or stop any part of the site, at any time. The date and version at the top show the latest change. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
